Steroid + Antibiotics

Composition– Moxifloxacin 0.5 % w/v + Loteprednol Etabonate 0.5 % w/v without preservative.

Indications– Inflammation associated with Inflammation, Conjunctivitis, Dacryocystitis, Bacterial blepharitis, Keratitis, Post surgical inflammation & infections.

Indications- Iritis, Uveitis, for deep rooted inflammation & infections, In all post operative states especially after IOL Implantation & infections.

• Relatively high aqueous levels can be achieved after topical administration of Moxifloxacin.
• Effective in suppressing inflammation in uveitis,
• Reducing postoperative ocular inflammation in eyes undergoing Transscleral Sutureless Vitrectomy (TSV).
• Crosses cornea $ reaches aqueous humor.

Indications– Inflammation associated with Inflammation, Conjunctivitis, Dacryocystitis, Bacterial blepharitis, Keratitis, Post surgical inflammation & infections

• Fixed-combination moxifloxacin 0.5%/dexamethasone 0.1% formulation was found to be well tolerated and effective in minimizing inflammation following cataract surgery.
• The fixed-dose combination of moxifloxacin, 0.5% and dexamethasone, 0.1% was therapeutically equivalent and as well tolerated as the concomitant dosage.

• Bacterial Conjunctivitis,

Description:

• Efficacious against gram Gram Negative and pseudomonas species.
• Lesser protein binding ensuring deeper penetration.
• Has least propensity to increase IOP.

Composition– Neomicin sulphate 0.5% w/v, Dexamethasone sodium phosphate 0.1% w/v

Indications– For steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions for which a corticosteroid is indicated and where bacterial infection or a risk of bacterial ocular infection exists.

• Treat conditions involving inflammation of the eye and to treat or prevent bacterial eye infections.
• Works by stopping the growth of bacteria and also reduces swelling.
